Shannon McCullough was named Senior Vice President, Dedicated Operations in July 2024 responsible for operational excellence, strategic vision and customer service for Hub Group’s Dedicated solutions. She joined Hub Group in December 2019 as Terminal Manager for Intermodal Operations in Memphis, TN. Since then, Shannon has held a variety of positions in Operations where she focused on delivering service, safety and efficiency for Hub Group’s drivers and customers. Prior to Hub Group, Shannon has held other transportation and logistics positions at ABF Freight and Roadrunner Transportation.

Shannon received a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
