Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 10, 2018, David L. Marsh and Hub Group, Inc. (the “Company”) reached an amicable agreement in principle for him to resign as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Highway Solutions Officer.  Mr. Marsh joined the Company in 1991.  His resignation from the Company is expected to be effective January 4, 2019.  We thank Mr. Marsh for his many years of dedicated service.
